I just don't rate him. In England he'd be badly Robinho I reckon. Look at Di Maria - ridiculous amounts of assists at Real Madrid, MOTM in the 2014 CL final - yet looks like James McFadden on an off day at United.

Spain is an easy league to score goals in if you're playing for one of the top two clubs. It's becoming very much like the Scotland situation, where the likes of Kris Boyd can look like a world beater.

He's clearly a good player, but when people talk about him as anywhere near the calibre of Ronaldo (who has done the business in England) or Messi (who is beards ahead of him in quality) then I just shake my head in confusion.

I wish Kris Boyd looked like a world beater this season.

Brazilian side Santos have reportedly made a request to FIFA to suspend their former player Neymar for six months as part of their ongoing legal proceedings over the forward’s transfer to current club Barcelona.

According to Sport, Santos feel “betrayed” by the Brazil skipper after what they feel was a “contract breach” when he joined the Blaugrana in the summer of 2013. They’re also said to be chasing compensation in the region of €55 million (£40.5 million) in addition to a lengthy suspension for the winger.

As we are in do direct corralation with barcelona in any way shape or form....im glad to see him do so well. I think the game needed it, a wonder kid come through, big money deal and then actually deliver on their hype. considering the amount of brazilians alone who have failed at that, makes barcelona entertaining.
