Have you done anything in your private life you're not proud of? Do you think it should stop you being a manager or having leadership capacity? How often does said thing come up at work? Let's say that you'd done the equivalent to Rooney in your profession in terms of achievements, do you think that staff potentially working under you would not listen / respect you because of something you did when you were 18 (if you are over 18, genuinely have no idea)?
