What's wrong with giving him 3 years? Can't we sack a manager now?

We're willing to pay Watford £15mill just to have Silva.

Personally I think he wants the job for 6 months but wants a two year contract because of the money. I think he'll sign the two years but only work for 6 months because he wants the money. Just my idea

Give Big Sam a three year deal and if he's not got us into the top 6 by the end of next season just sack him off.

He'd be on a few million a year so it would cost us a bit to get rid of him, but relegation would cost us tens of millions. And our new stadium.
