I'd be pretty disappointed with that to be honest.

To get where we need to be we need a manager who has managed clubs from the better leagues who regularly play in the CL. That's the success we are after and that's the track record the manager needs to have. We aim lower for our manager and we should lower our expectations as to where we can get to as a club.
