When you think about it. There really isn't any stand out leaders in the squad.

It's why Moyes sometimes picks Pip (and used to pick Tim) when it's counter-intuitive to do so mate. It's hard to tell who could have been good with some nurturing though.

There is, sadly, only one player at our club who looks like and acts like a captain. Unfortunately he is our worst player. Step forward Phil Neville. Infact, there is one other player in the squad who looks like he could make a great captain and that is Shane Duffy. He is however, not even in contention and at this stage of his career that is perfectly acceptable. If we are to venture in to the transfer market then I hope we get a player with a captains qualities.

Don't think jags is a natural captain to be honest. Gibson has a bit more to him in my opinion and he already has a big influence on the side. We could do with bringing in a few more players with a bit more natural charisma really.
