As we‘re on a coaching theme, I read a good article on Anthony Barry who was in our youth set up until 18 and his innovative coaching approach. He’s currently the “ Set Pieces” coach under Tuchel at Chelsea . It seems he’s destined for higher things but is happy to absorb the learning from Tuchel at the moment.
Im not against ex players in coaching roles if they’ve earned it ,Alan Irvine was innovative and Lee Carsely is currently buliding a good reputation.
