It could be 4-4-2, maybe 4-3-3 with Kone to the left of Eto'o or even the usual 4-2-3-1 with one of Kone or Eto'o deep. I think I would prefer a 4-

3-3 with just Barry holding and McCarthy and Baines allowed to attack from midfield.
