It's the terms and conditions that aren't printed that is the issue.

I remember years ago someone agreed to pay for the club , like 100 million or something. The deal fell through because Ashley also demanded his money back after 12 months on top of the price.

Guys a tit , he will never sell that club unless someone does over value the club.
