That penalty decision was a disgrace. Schar should have been booked for simulation. I can’t stand that Hwang after he feigned death last week but honest the god Ive always thought the refs are incompetent. My feeling now is there are dark arts at play in the form of back handers. Shocking how VAR get that wrong.

I said in the daily football thread that it was scandalous. There was one view where it could have been perceived as a penalty, but the rest showed a blatant dive.

How the fluff they gave it is beyond me.

It is weird. I think it's been manufactured mainly by a few squabbles on social media but it's a sentiment held amongst the younger demographic. Sunderland are our rivals and that's it, when we'll ever play them again is a different question.
