That lad will never ever play for them.
He will join in January and go out on loan to a club in Europe, he could well be playing for Newcastle in a few years time, see how he develops.
They have a terrible record with young players for a one city team. It’s partly cos as soon as a young lad gets a sniff of the first team they’re paraded around town as some sort of hero. The fans enabling their behaviour more and more until they disappear up their own hoop.

Amongst many. Was actually living in Newcastle round the time they had Dyer,Bramble, Bellamy et al playing for them. Some very nasty stories and the fans never gave a fat one.
I admire you greatly for bouncing back from such a traumatic experience and coming out the other side.
Some nice places outside the city but the city centre itself has declined to a total dump these days. Knowing the fans, this is probably immigrants fault. Won’t be surprised to see the city switch to total Tory soon.

You cross over the bridge, into Gateshead and you may as well be on another planet.
Gateshead is grim. The metro centre killed it completely. The area has a long history of terrible town planning.
Massive amounts of anti semitism exist against the resident Orthodox Jewish community.

But have you ever met a woman from the North East (well Toon, South Shields, Sunderland) who wasn't easy like a Sunday morning? I haven't, ever.

Tough game for these fellas today, no win since the opening day. I think Fulham have more quality but these like to keep it tight and stay in games so anything can happen really.
