Well based on his first three months, my hope is a long time. I love how he comes across and he seems like a really good coach, certainly if the improvements of individuals is anything to go by.

It's down to him really. The senior management rave about him but things can change in football very quickly. If I was putting money on it, I'd predict that he will be here at least until the end of next season. Assuming we haven't been relegated at any point in that period, the owners will - by then - have aspirations of Europa, so he'll have to match that.

He seems a good bloke and a good coach, so I hope he's around for a while.
