Sadly his troughs are alarmingly bad.

I always think that Keane performs well with a partner who suits him: Zouma was quick enough and smart enough to cover any errors and get behind if needs be.

At Burnley, they played deep and he had Ben Mee and like I said he had Zouma, but I don't think Holgate or Mina do that for him. Arguably, should they have to?

If he has to rely on a partnership to be adequate, I think we need to be considering other options and very quickly.
