That's why I said I thought that lid was wrong about not playing PL ans CL matches on the same night.
I was in Rome that night and there was an Irish bar advertising the derby so I went along there to watch it.
They had another TV showing either AC or Inter Milan playing and these Milan people were watching that.
And those Milanesi hated the RS.....they were mearly as gutted as I was at unfolding events at Anfield.
It's a stupid rule, not allowing PL ganes the same night.
FFS they had Championship games tonight, why shpuld the PL and indeed F.A. Cup replays be any different.
UEFA can be real berks at times.
