Erm watch the goal again. Distin and JH ****ed up going for the same ball but look at Baines positioning and he could have had his man but tried to step up for offside. It cannot be denied he was also at fault

Why did DM just put Felli in midfied for Hitsz & put Neville at right back & leave the Victor Jelly partnership alone as JH done anything this season to deserve a place??? at fault for the first goal & nearly scored an own goal FFS when will DM stop picking his favourites!

Yes they were at fault but Baines let his man get the extra few yards by trying for an offside. That was his mistake. Sorry lads but take the blinkers off.

We look exhausted. Baines is the only one who's playing well. Pienaar and Neville are doing okay.

Neville has been poor apart from his pointing he has to play at right back.
If heitinga stays on they will score at least 2 second half.
Jags is wasted at right back

Half as much as the other two. He's trying to play clever....Centreback wins the ball it gets clear, forward wins the ball it's offside. No way he's expecting it to just bounce through

Not at all. One of the centre backs has to go for the header and the other has to drop. Howard getting lobbed by a header from 8 yards out. Baines could not really have done much better

You can blame half the team for their goal - Jags for lumping it, Distin for missing the 1st header, Heintinga for the 2nd, Baines for not covering Cisse and Howard for being off his line. The point is, there's clearly one or two of them that really should have been getting shut of it at the first (or second) attempt and it shouldn't have got near Baines / Howard.
