New Stadium question

Sorry mate I don't believe the clubs take on this.

When he first published those plans the club got someone (their architect?) to criticise them. He answered all their criticisms and then they went quiet.

Also the info I saw from the clubs architect was about building a brand new stadium on the same site, which is a different proposition to what he is suggesting.

Ward McHugh drew up plans for a new 50,000 seater stadium, then somebody looked at the plans and realised that the actual stadium design wouldn't fit inside the site boundaries, nowhere near in fact.

Even if we were to buy up all the houses and the school around Goodison, the church will still get in the way.

All those against sharing with that Shower of Sh!te, how would you feel if because of it we regain our place at the top of the table and become the No1 team on Merseyside again. How good would it feel to parade a trophy at "their" stadium?

Ideally we could stay at Goodison and win the league but that isn't likely!

The plans aren't about building a new stadium. They are about redeveloping, and he even has ideas about how to deal with the church (moving the pitch).

Here they are: http://www.keioc.net/index.php?page=redevelopment-plans
Technical drawings: http://www.keioc.net/index.php?page=technical-drawings

If he honestly believes we could fit a 65,000 seater in the area surrounding Goodison he is off his tits mate. Well and truly.

What i can't see on those pages is an actual layout of the proposed stadium design over the existing map.

The club has already commissioned architects to look at rebuilding on the Goodison site, it's totally not viable.

not too sure if that statement is actually kosher, have a sneaky feeling it was part of the failing the safety certificate DK disinformation.

I would be inclined to go with the likes of Trevor and Tom ( hughes ) on the ability to rebuild.

you can build anything anywhere with 1) the will to do it....2) the cash

Boys pen Billy has neither....there lies ( pun intended ) the problem

that 75 million bill said he had for kirkby, were is it gone.

couldnt he do the old lady up with it...problem solved.
