He needs to clear out the current shower & get his people in place.
He needs to be involved in employing the next manager so they can work together.

I don’t think whoever we appoint will unite the fan base. As another poster said Emery and Benitez are the best 2 on paper with success. I have voted for Silva followed by Fonseca as I think he is probably the best and most realistic and both are out of contract. Dyche signed a new 5 year deal and he will not leave Burnley after leading them to Europe. Similarly I don’t see Howe leaving Bournemouth.
