New kits for next season, featuring the horrible new club badge

I've probably missed something really obvious but, apart from speculation and chit chat on forums, why are we presuming that the badge is deffo changing? Why to this particular (extremely sh!t) design?

Everton have trademarked that design so they are definitely using it for something. Initially people thought it might just be for certain merchandise ranges, maybe kids things for example.

However there a now lots of rumours going round it will be unveiled tomorrow as our new badge for all uses.

I am not against changing the badge cos I think the current one looks busy with all the tweaking and adding bits but that is a desperate effort

I can't see that... the official site ALWAYS makes a big deal about kit launch or announcements. Is it just going to appear this season? Seems a bit far-fetched to me.

It's not the kit that's being announced, just the badge, allegedly.

Yeah, the badge is being officially released tomorrow, could be held back by legal reasons though.

Not sure mate I'm afraid, all I know is what I've been told by my dad (General manager).

The guy who mentioned the new carpets with the disgusting badge on it was correct.

It's a real shame really, the fact they didn't own the rights to their own badge either is a bit pathetic really.
It'll be part of the normal yearly template by Nike, along with this new signed deal from Chang, they'll be on the front for definite.

So as per nothing actually gets announced, probably won't come out till week before the new season, like the kits themselves. It's like a transfer window, only replace the hope of signing a new player with the despair at having a crap new badge

If they do unveil that as the new logo we need to get a petition going, I'm pretty sure that every Evertonian who sees it would sign it. The club surely wouldn't be able to ignore the outrage they have caused.
