Liverpool are the only team to have released their kit and they have done it early due to their 125th anniversary. Arsenal, United and City's kits have been leaked, not released. No sign of Spurs or Chelsea yet.
Umbro are a much smaller company than Nike, Adidas, Puma and we aren't as "big" as the others so leaks are very unlikely. The past few years we've maybe had a leak a day or two before the announcement and that is probably because the information has found its way into an Everton fan's hands.

When United switched from Aon to Chevy for 14/15, it was embargoed til the contract ended (July 1st). When we filmed the reveal ad we even had to film the crowd and players separately (the director and editor nailed it though, skip to the final 10s below, it seamless) the contract was that tight! Worst was 15/16 when they switched to Adidas and Nike had us wait til Aug 1st to publish anything.
Long story short, if we are switching from Chang, we won't unveil officially til July 1st I reckon...leaks on the other hand are a whole other thing

suppose with the new sponser yet to be announced and Changs contract running till June i think i read somewhere they may not release anything until late this year.
Barely any clubs in europe's Top 5 leagues outside the very biggest clubs have had leaks so far for kits so it's not really surprising we've seen nothing in April to be honest.

later not late lol although i remember watching a pre-season match Reading played a couple if years ago that was just before their first game and they we're playing in their training gear as the new kits hadn't been release. someone was telling me there had been a problem with Puma and the whole thing had to start again. I think the kits were evetually release the day before the first game.
We unveiled 04/05 kit with Kejian and then swapped to chang. There's pics earlier in this thread. We also played 95 cup final in new kit with NEC and then the kit was released with Danke. I think the kit may have been on sale for awhile without a sponsor as well.
