New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

If we get this right the stadium will be a game changer. Event down at the waterfront with world class facilities and transport links or in the crappy Fanzone in Anfield? We should be cleaning up every big outside event in the city, major corporate events, and the big concerts too.
Yep and one you've got the think TFG want to 'win' on, this is a huge opportunity for them

Broadcasting income is the "game changer" not stadium income.

Yeah, let's wait and see first?

Someone at Liverpool chose short term success and nostalgia when they chose to renovate Anfield. It was an extremely shortsighted move.

The waterfront is premium premium location in Liverpool, they made a huge mishap not going for it when they had an opportunity.

Manure made the same mistake by adding on bits to OT. I hope they go down the road of Sir Jim`s 100k new stadium as it will be a serious drain on their cash flow.

We’ve taken years of hard medicine but the stadium is honestly the first strategic move I’ve seen us make against Liverpool in years. If Freidkins have any sense about them they’ll buy up as much of the waterfront estate as possible and keep that strategic advantage.

Exactly. And begin planning for a stadium expansion. If we are going to be successful - and that HAS to be the ambition - 53,000 is not going to cut it.
