New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

I'd imagine there's more chance of them creating a new platform(s) on one or both sides rather than a new station.
Possibly, yet the fact it is on a viaduct would complicate it, and it would still need significant work to improve access to the platforms.

But this would be an issue along the line, with feasibility studies only identifying the bottom of Pall Mall as a viable location.

Plenty of undeveloped land on the entrance side along Dunes Way to construct a steel framed platform. Clearly more to it than me just looking at Google but it would be one way of separating south and northbound passengers and reducing congestion.

Many years ago Sandhills had 4 platforms as can be seen by the bridge abutments which still exist on Sandhills Lane . I guess nobody ever thought EFC would build a stadium down there.

Can get my season ticket tomorrow. Will I get a link today to see availability or will I have to wait until 10am tomorrow when I'm buying? Thanks.

If anything Goodison looks bigger! The main stand in particular looks taller. We know it isnt though so it’s deceptive. On this kind of photo, anything in the foreground will look bigger that anything in the distance. Swap the stadiums around and it would have the same effect.

I believe a location for a Vauxhall Stn was identified near the the bottom of Love Lane. Even with sufficient space for a siding or separate platform as there is a double viaduct still in place.
