New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Yeah, the last day at Goodison....

Just a thought it looks to me like club view people may have access to the rest of the upper tier concourse. As the seats are just directly next to a normal seats on the same row. What’s to stop you turning right instead of left and going down the other vomitory. You would expect the club view vomitory to be manned though.

Can you imagine if the Orcs from the tin mine had built a stadium where we have?
There’s be a second platform at Sandhills if not a new station closer, a monorail or tram system to the city centre and a Mersey Clipper service with ½ dozen new piers.

If the council are serious about the Liverpool Waters regeneration, they need to pull their bleeding finger out and get the transport sorted.
There’s what 2500 new homes planned, how are those folk suppose to move around the area ffs.
Yes, and they would have moved Speke Airport closer with the runway yards away, to accommodate their usual crowd, a big sign on the roof, welcome to Merseyside

Money is desperately tight for LCC and Liverpool Region so we badly need leaders who can have an impact on a national political stage and in corporate boardrooms. If you compare Rotheram to Khan or Burnham he has a minimal presence and he is a reactive administrator rather than a proactive leader. Unfortunately we are seeing all his weaknesses with BMD. The next Test Event will make it clearer how far off the mark things are on his proposed Sandhills development and the parking zone shambles.

It might need TFG/us to strong arm him, Peel, LCC and MerseyRail to get things moving. Realistically we will probably have to contribute more £ to get meaningful improvements to rail infrastructure, bus services, pedestrian/cycle access and the car/parking situation but we should demand rate concessions, more visible stadium branding and expanded event licensing for doing so.

If we wait for Rotheram to attract investment, build alliances and drive forward ambitious plans it will never happen.

Yes, this will be a good test of our new owners. I'd like to see them exerting some pressure locally now. The sooner they get their executive team in place the better.

I absolutely love the Everton Greats going in to Everton Way. Will we have enough space for all of our greats? I see some of the more unheralded members of our great sides in there as well (Bracewell, Heath, van den Hauwe) - which is marvelous - but wonder how many we will have in total? From what I can see so far, we will have Catterick, Kendall, Harvey, Dean, Wilson, Southall, Sheedy, Bracewell, Ratcliffe, Heath, van den Hauwe, Temple, Hickson, Young, Ferguson, Lyons...

Who am I missing?

Who is expected to go in?

How many in total?

I think this is a fabulous touch - so much more classy than the Everton Timeline which was open to abuse by including the likes of Kenwright. I really, really hope that man does not get a place in this. No administrators, please. Just players.
