I have tears in my eyes....looking at these pictures and reading peoples comments is very emotional to me. I live in Alaska now with my family.....so having to follow all this from a million miles away is tough. I had a season ticket at Goodison for 15 years - 1980-1995 before work and other things dragged me away to this good forsaken country.........and now the thought scares me that I may never get a chance to step foot in this masterpiece! I'm excited to the core, but a little bit of me jealous....
I'm sure you blues will do it proud! I'm spending three nights in Liverpool in July - praying they have tours of the stadium. Ill be asking you guys to keep me posted on that!

Absolutely incredible watching that video of the stadium build. I couldn't enjoy the process as much due to the teams form, but I'm taking all of it in right now. Incredible stadium. Got to catch a glimpse of it on the Stenna line while on holiday last fall, and even from that distance I was at a loss for words. Going to miss Goodison, and it's going to take a bit to get over it, but the club has set itself up so well with this place. Can't wait to make the journey back to Liverpool one day and see it up close.
