I think they'll be even lower than that as well mate. They're both lower than the North/South Stands but I think there's still a fair few rows to be added.

North Stand Upper 16
North Stand Lower 30

It’s amazing how much difference seats make.
On the new official vid, When the camera goes up the steps and out into the stand, and pans around, I think it looks time about a third of the size of the upper gladwys.

Coaches will drive across the back of the North stand and under the steps on the West stand IINM

Took a photo from the top of Everton park this afternoon, been a few months since I’ve last been and posted a picture but the difference is huge. Said last time how much it dominated the skyline but this time can really see just how much more it’s raised up and took over.

Weather supposed to be pretty dry and settled over the next week or so. The way the stadium is going up I fully expect it to be completed by this Christmas ?
