Did you spot the raker beams that have been added to the South stand? Also the blue towers holding up the trusses are starting to be dismantled.

Isn’t handover several months after completion got to be a snagging list
I follow the 4d synchro plans and currently they’re ahead of schedule and the final date on that plan is august 2024

I've worked with Laings in the past and everyone i know has said December next year.

Spare a thought for the devastating blow to Walton L4 after the ground has gone.

Chance for the area to improve, should the plans for Goodison be pulled off to a decent level, some alright private investment already lined up for nearby.

The areas not working now with Goodison there, so chance at decent regeneration. The worst or at least the worst run, pubs/takeaways will definitely close for certain though.

I believe there is some kind of protest at the weekend regarding it, lots of fans will be there with big banners asking 'Where's the roof panel money Bill?'
