I am not sure I like steep stands. They give me vertigo. Everytime I've sat in one I got the feeling like I'm going to tumble forward onto someone's lap. Maybe it was the pre-match beer?.......

I was told or read somewhere that our top balcony wouldn't be allowed to be built today, but city's is surely just as steep

A little amendment for you.
It's uncomfortably steep for me. Something like Dortmund's wall, which is a mixture of steepness and pure height, would be perfect.
Don't know where I read it but I think the Top Balcony is 38 degrees. Most steep allowed now is 35, I believe. Not sure if this is true but that is what I read somewhere.

That version of our home end hasn't got the split in it to allow for standing. So it may be subtly different in terms of angle.
