Both Spurs and West Ham have increased their capacities, Spurs whilst still being built and WH, when complete.

Spurs was by literally by shuffling the seating lay out for an extra few hundred - West Hams has always had that many seats they just applied to use them......

Is that what ToffeeTV based it all on? Those two examples?

Im not an expert on planning permission, but I thought only the dimensions of the stadium will be included in the planning permission?

I like the way that in the top pic , the crowd and the lights , blurred lines , make it look like the home end doesn't even have any exits at all... !!

That pic is not the planned stadium, the west stand does not have 3 tiers and the south stand will not be that big.

They're using it everywhere as the flagship image and it's not on tbh.

The actual stadium looks completely different and generic if anyone can be bothered finding an actual picture of that angle.

if they are using that image of a fictional stadium , then that is Everton all over.
