Just curious, if we are looking towards a particular stadium as a blueprint of sorts, I think the new Spurs stadium is a healthy reference point. How much time did Spurs invest?
Not sure but from the start to finish through all the various stages to actually opening took over 10 years ( i think ) but they had some serious setbacks along the way.
