Would like a bit more detail on this investment to be honest - interesting that they have invested in roundhouse - essentially they have bought shares in Everton's Holding Company where investment comes from and shares are held. Be interesting to know the %, essentially they have invested to get a return if or when Roundhouse ever sells Everton.

The specifics of the deal would be good to know i.e. how much £ have been invested for what shareholding in Roundhouse and for what control and oversight. Could be a minor investment and are a silent investor or could be significant and they have a deal of influence of future strategy and direction.
