Any one that’s ½ decent would be completely alienated and start looking for an out.I'd live that to be true. A lot of dead wood needs to go.
Would be a mad move imho.

They was in the Everton offices this week which i suppose is a good sign
Mostly in the dug out and on the pitchI'd live that to be true. A lot of dead wood needs to go.
Not allowed toI heard a rumour somewhere TFG are going to make people reapply for their jobs. Convince us why we should employ you etc. Probably a load of codswallop but definitely would be a way of clearing out if it ended up being true. Out with old and in with the new.
They should have ‘fight offs’ for their roles in the centre circle at GP as part of the closure festivitiesI heard a rumour somewhere TFG are going to make people reapply for their jobs. Course you are. As the owners you can do whatever you want. Have seen it done myself several times. I am talking about staff by the way, not players. Not allowed to
they are allowed to, it is very common that people have to reapply for their jobs. Not allowed to

The Employment Rights Bill is going to make Fire and Rehire illegal in the way it’s most commonly used - to reduce wages or terms. Dyche and Thelwell will be out of contract next summer, so they won’t need firing to be rehired tho, but can see why TFG would want to interview Thelwell say before offering him a new contract and give him chance to make a case for himself and how he might be able to adapt the the club’s (hopefully!) changing circumstances.Course you are. As the owners you can do whatever you want. Have seen it done myself several times. I am talking about staff by the way, not players.

From my experience, when a company is taken over, even though all employees are protected by TUPE, the new owners are entitled to restructure the business and that can also included redundancies and part of that process can include asking people to reapply for their jobs so they can see who to make redundant. Not entirely sure how this would work, but surely they'd be protected under TUPE.

Can this (please) apply to the players as well? Although TBF the application process would probably consist of Dyche lining them up on the edge of our box and directing them to punt the ball as far towards the opposition goal as possible. If it gets anywhere near the box, you keep your job.I heard a rumour somewhere TFG are going to make people reapply for their jobs.
