It's a fallacy that every club needs to have one

I don't think we've seen any real benefit from having one

I'd sack the model off for a bit until we are in a position where actual benefit could be derived from it

No club is idiotic enough to put the DOF on the board. The board should do the evaluation of the DOF's work and not the DOF doing the evaluation of his own work!
