It's well known that Sevilla is in a tricky situation and needs to get some more money in the coffers this summer. On Monday, the Daily Mail assured that Everton is ready to step up efforts to bring in the striker after having heard his comments.
The figures doing the rounds at the moment are in the region of £13 million, which would come in at a little over €15 million. This is a similar sum to what Sevilla paid for the striker's services in the first place.
However, the club's president, José Marías del Nildo, is actually hoping to sell him on for a profit, which is why he's ecstatic to hear a list of clubs are starting to be linked with Negredo, who is originally from the Vallecas region of Madrid.
