It’s funny how GOT spills over to real life.
Been in Portugal last 10 days. Met some Evertonians around the pool and arranged to go and watch the Fulham game with them in a bar.
About an hour before kick off, one of them said right we are going down to the bar, you coming? I said “it’s ok, I’ll be there for kick off, going to stay around the pool and practise my booing….boooooo booooo”
They both looked at me as though I was a bit simple….which of course I kind of am.

Against a 40 year old goalie who’s never played top flight.
In one way I feel sorry for him, he clearly isn’t Premier League standard. I then think about the money he is on and my sorrow is tempered, let’s be honest he is a below average Championship forward on Premier League wages. We will eventually part company with him and he will find his level. Our problem is that he isn’t the only Championship standard player we have currently occupying a place in our first team. It will be very interesting to see what Dyche does with him for the Villa game. Surely he can’t start him but Dyche is that pigheaded he just might.

Yeah now is not the time for Dyche to try and prove a point. I can see why he started him last week as what he did apart from finishing was fine but he proved he isn’t up to the task.
It’s one thing if that was his first league game or he had been playing well beforehand. It happens from time to time. But he has been given far too many chances and has only come up with one goal AS A STRIKER. He doesn’t effectively hold the ball up or help the team either. He should not see another minute, but I guarantee we will because we are going to try and fool some poor sucker into seeing his value. We want rid that is for certain
