Well at least Maupay had the decency to "mop up" after himself, so he gets some credit for doing that. It appears things didn't get any better for him when he returned to his room though...

I can't help it if mere mortal supporters lack understanding of football.

DCL - better all round play but not as good a finisher ✖️
The only thing Tosun can do is finish.

Maupay's biggest flaw is that his finishing is very erratic.
 
Maupay is like Sigurdsson without the height, occasional flair or goalscoring ability. He is uncoordinated, slow, short and not able to play up top on his own. Why the fudge would you invest in a support striker that doesn’t bring any of the necessary qualities that a No. 10 or a striker would bring? Hopefully he slips on back to Brentford. He is awful

Only big difference is Sigurdson showed some of his quality for us with goals and assists.. Maupay has shown nothing
