John Spencer was probably on a par with Maupay.

Spencer is still the worst striker I have seen for Everton but Maupay is catching him up fast and they are similar in their nothingness. I don't think Spencer ever scored for us so at least Maupay isn't that bad.

He gives his all every game and for that he deserves our utmost respect, but frankly a striker that scores just 1 goal every 30 matches is no striker at all.
