I admit that I thought it was an okay signing, if we got other forwards in.

At his best he is a pest without the ball, and to be fair he has got himself into some good positions. He is just AWFUL at finishing. 0/7 on big chances.

It's also not good that he's short. If we're going to play Lump-It maybe would should be putting Big Mick Keggers up front. It's not his fault that we don't play it on the floor but that's not the team we have.

Recruitment team definitely failed but Simms showed with his goal at Chelsea he was more about him then Maupay. All we do is spam crosses yet he puts maupay out there who is not a threat in the air or anywhere else on the pitch
