That oladipo/ibaka deal was a steal for OKC. Ibaka is solid but OKC filled a major need and got two additional pieces.

Ibaka is way better than his stats suggest as OKC put him on the wing. An Oladipo/Ibaka swap would have been decent for both parties. I have no idea why Orlando sent draft picks too.

The NBA has just gone mad. My team the Wizards: Bradley Beal (a 21 year old who is more fragile than Gibson) just parlayed a 3-4 very good playoff game performances 2 years ago into 5 years/128M.

New salary cap creating these crazy deals. I don't necessarily think it's a bad move, probably could of waited a bit and seen if anyone else was going to make a serious play for him before paying that much though.

Better than the Lakers 4 years/64m for Mozgov anyway.

weird world when Jeremy Lin's 3 year/36M contract is by far the best bargain signing. Someone was probably going to offer Beal the max (I think 110M) and the deal might work out if you know Beal is on the court.

I'm a suns fan and I still remember other fans complaining how bad Tyson Chandlers (3/39) and Brandon Knights (5/70) contracts were last summer..look a bargain now

At least Beal is young and has proven he can play at a high level, just needs to stay injury free and on the court. Mozgov can barely walk and chew gum at the same time, can't see how he fits with how I imagine the Lakers plan on playing under Luke Walton.

I'd be pretty shocked if he goes to GS. Nike pays Durant 25M/year and Curry is signed by Under Armour.

I'm so ready for bad guy KD on the Warriors, like Hogan and the NWO.

I do think he'll stay with OKC though, maybe 2 years with a player option at the end of one to match Russ's FA

I don't think Russ goes back, I think he's heading out of there once he gets the chance.
