Yes, and it's 2014 and his contract runs to 2019 now.

Take your shoes and socks off and do some counting.

He'll be 34 then dave won't he as the contract is to the summer of 2019.

Plus your wrong about him. Hes our best slotter.

He's embarrassed you time and time again. He's that good.

On the quiet yes, and because he's the best in his position in the country.

Naismith did his 'advice' in public through the media and quite obviously isn't the best at anything.

No too difficult to understand really is it?

Your logic is difficult to understand, especially when u move the goalposts. So now players who are the best in their position in the country and those who have won major honours can offer advice......as clear as mud.

Naisy signs a contract extension? Splendid news, well deserved.

It's only hard to understand if English is your second language.....oh, it is.

This is ace this.

I imagine Dave having a nightmare that Naismith got a new contract, only to wake up and go "phew!"

Struggling to get back to sleep he has a late night nosey at GOT....

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Hold on, Naismith cautioning anyone about losing the ball, let alone Barkley.

Last 5 games both Barkley and Naismith have been involved in:

Naismith 159 successful passes out of 215 made (74%)
Barkley 194 successful passes out of 224 made (86%)

Does Naismith really feel he's entitled to offer advice on retaining possession? The feller is the worst in possession in the whole team.

Laughable.

Martinez better have had 100% pass rate percentage in his career otherwise Bobby isn't entitled to either.

Alex Ferguson must have been the best player in the world.

Seems as though his advice was mostly aimed at the fans and media to be patient with Barkley it would have been pretty silly not to make the advice public.
