Last summer when we were all looking forward to the new season and were excited about the possibility of putting a good season together to push on and qualify for the CL, was Steven Naismith in your first team plans as a starter each week ?

Getting 5m for such a limited player would be daylight robbery and would surpass the Fellaini transfer as being our best sell.

No mate but id certainly keep him.hes got limitations but he's a quality finisher. We haven't got many goalscorers at the club and they don't come cheap

.....that is the last thing I'd do. I think he's a very valuable addition to the squad, just the type we need. Over the course of a season we will need plenty of players and there's no doubt he'll be one of them. If he was up for grabs there would be plenty of takers.

The lad slots. He's happy being a squad player and works his arse off when he's needed. No need to offload him at all just stop playing him left wing and play him instead of Kone, who should be out the door at the earliest opportunity.

Agreed. We paid £5m for Kone, and Naismith is both younger and better than the camel jockey.

Don't know for sure but hasn't he got about 10 goals this season ? Thats more than barkley sterling coutinho or fabregas.I don't really understand how scoring goals can be brushed off as unimportant
