I don't get why he puts barkley on the left wing to accomodate naismith. Here is the problem with Everton at the moment. Rewarding overrated players with long term contracts. The table doesn't lie I am afraid.
Panic my friend. Panic.I don't get why he puts barkley on the left wing to accomodate naismith.
Not saying the Manager is blameless in all this at the moment. He is panicking. Heck, I said he panicked from day 1 when he brought all these average Wigan footballers as a safety net with him when entering a new, bigger job. He hasn't impressed me at all with his transfer dealings apart from Dela and Eto.I don't get why he puts barkley on the left wing to accomodate naismith.
Yeah he has done a lot this season which has been bad decision making ,its like a different bloke from last seasonNot saying the Manager is blameless in all this at the moment. He is panicking. But sweet Lord I can't for the life of digest all these contract extensions. I guess giving a new Manager an extension after 1 season and putting his mural up at the ground set the farcical tone! Bad decisions begin from the top......
He should be playing off the striker. He is the most effective when playing there. And please stop playing him on the wings.
Noted. I agree with the post above yours though. The plotters are out in force. Rubbishing Naismith I see.
Dixie would be spinning in his grave
Keep dreaming my man. Harry Kane is a 21 year old young gun. Naismith is 28. When do you hope he reaches this "potential"?It's been a crap season for the lad but it's good to see him still having the bravery to beat a man even if it isn't coming off for him right now.
I'm hoping rather than knowing he'll become the player we all think he can potentially be.
I mean, just look at Harry Kane over at Spurs and the form he's hit. Barkley is infinitely more talented than him but sometimes it just clicks together.

Oops..apologies. I misread/confused the thread title/postBarkley.
