Naismith 3 year extention

He can run around all night but you'd need five McCarthy's running around to make up for the possession this knobmuncher loses
Aye, he's technically pathetic. Rather have Osman in the side when he's fit and that's kin saying something. At least Ossie is capable of one moment of magic per game.

If I played in any of the positions this clown has been picked in and was left on the bench for him to play, I'd be going straight to the manager's office and demanding a transfer.

Ambitions of European football with this fraudster representing us when other teams we're supposed to be competing with have players like Eriksen, Coutinho, Ramsey, et al as their number tens.

As somebody rightfully pointed out, he was a freebie from Rangers and nobody else wanted him. Says it all.

My tongue has gone dry on this one....

First name on the team sheet for me. Epitomises everything good about this club : determination, grit, ne'er say die. A team man through and through. Coupled to lethal finishing ability and some very silken thread passing skills into the striker and you have pretty much a complete forward. But he's also pretty amazing in midfield, one touch pinging the ball about to his team mates and creating so much space. I do think he needs to work on his accuracy sometimes, but most games it's exemplary .

Amazing bit of business our getting Naisy on a free. Not sure what he'd be worth on the market but I'd dismiss as derisory anything below 25-30 million quid. And when the new TV deal comes through, I'd be wanting more like 35-40 million

Lukaku plays bad on the wing:

HE'S BEING PLAYED ON THE WING OUT OF POSITION MARTINEZ'S FAULT HE PLAYED BAD, HE'S A STRIKER BEING PLAYED OUT WIDE MARTINEZ OUT THE CLUELESS CATALAN [Poor language removed]

Naismith plays bad on the wing:

He's just awful.

Mirallas thread?

I wish Martinez would extend Naismith's contract even further. He is what makes our team tick

There's more to this than just that point, however. Naismith just loses possession even more than Lukaku and can pass even worse than Lukaku and, to boot, has no pace.

Determination and work rate though, he's boss at that.

He's not very good is he.. Even though Barkley hasn't been great, I'd play him over Naismith any day of the week. Players of that type, their form can turn around very quickly, just needs a spark. A goal or an assist, hell even just going past someone can cause an upswing. Barkley's got so much more ability than Naismith.

I am a huge Naismith fan and he's the first name on my team sheet (and I suspect most teams in the PL would have him in similar priority). But he cannot do it on his own and the League table does not lie. Bottom line is Bobby needs to find more Naisys...before August this year.
