Feck yes! Thanks mate(y)

Another Australian. Amini is one of the most technically gifted youth players currently playing in the A-League. He possesses a great passing game and physical strength making him very dominant in the midfield. However, Borussia Dortmund are very keen on him and it seems to be the only thing stopping the transfer is the fee offered by Dortmund which Central Coast deems too little.

Edit: I now realise that everything i've said is in the article :|

Not sure about him been a physical player but he does knows how to pick out a pass. Not a bad shot on him either.

You would have to really stand out in the A-League to even have a hope of playing in the Premier League, it's badly gash, and this boy's shown glimpses but nowhere near enough.

He just turned 18. During the AFC U/19 Championships he was a class above everyone else his age. Not everyone can be a superstar from the word go. I think he should stay in Australia for another year and make the most of first team opportunities here before he looks to go overseas.

Agree absolutely. I wasn't saying he'll never be good enough, just that he's nowhere near ready yet. If we were to sign him it'd be very much one for the future.

I believe he's agreed to personal terms with Borussia Dortmund, just waiting on a bid. Central Coast are asking around 300,000AUD for him, last year on his contract. I still think he should play another year in the A-League for development.
