Ha ha okay just some clever presentation on your part then :D

I'm not getting into the Barkley thing again but I still think Walters would have been a tidy option for us. I personally think he'd have been a good addition. He's a Blue as well do that's also a positive isn't ?!?

For Besic I'd like to see him take a step back to a lower league where he might get a bit more time and space to show what he can do. As said before he needs games under his belt more than anything at this stage of his career.

A decent spell in somewhere like Scotland could really set him up to compete with Barry in a years time or so. That's all I'm saying

The Besic who ran rings around Yaya Toure or a different one that isn't a beast and probably out most complete CM?

Oviedo And Besic Set For New Deals

Bryan Oviedo and Muhamed Besic are in line for new contracts, Roberto Martinez has revealed.
Oviedo is contracted until the end of the season, while Besic’s current deal runs to summer 2019, but both recently triggered 12-month extensions based on games played.
And Martinez explained: “Bryan triggered a clause where we had to take advantage of an option in his contract. So, obviously, we wanted to show our appreciation to Bryan, rather than just triggering the option to sign a new contract.
“Bryan has been through a lot of difficult periods with a big injury and the follow-up effects but now he is fully fit and he has always been a contagious character, coming in every day with a big smile and always having a little goal and a long-term ambition.
“For me, that sort of approach deserves a real reward and we are hoping that in the next few weeks we can announce something.”
Besic is in a similar situation and is also in line for an extended deal.
“The two issues to look after imminently were Mo Besic - who triggered the 25-game clause that he had [sparking a 12-month extension] - and Bryan Oviedo,” confirmed Martinez. “So we are hopeful that over the next few weeks we can announce news in respect to those players.”

LOL

Runs rings around Tottenham and City's midfield - "Better send him to Scotland". Have you even seen a game there? There's a reason even Scottish players want out.

And why not compete with Barry now, seeing as Barry is 50000 years old? It wouldn't hurt him to sit a game out either anyway.

One swallow doesn't make a summer mate.

I want him to be good. I'll give him every chance but until he's shown a bit more I will rate him as a 'still to be proven former centre half from the Hungarian league'.

My suggestion for a loan to another league is what's needed. It could give him the confidence to get his head up more and take a bit of perspective. He dives in too much at the moment.

A loan to another team....in Scotland.. christ almighty...

The guy is an international player who has played in a world cup and has looked great when he has played this year. For me he has more to his game than Mccarthy, he can spot a pass, brilliant at timing his tackles, has an engine and a half on him and is technically spot on.

I don't understand the people who don't rate him...I mean the guy is very good at playing football...that's obvious...no?

I'd loan Barry out to pasture. Loan with the option to buy for free.
