I did the report on Belgium - Bosnia earlier and he played superbly. Ignoring any bias, he was brilliant. Didn't deserve to be on the losing side at all. Made some really good runs forward from deep with the ball and didn't get overpowered by the Belgian midfield.

True. No shame in been beaten for pace by one of the quickest players going, though. He got frustrated as really he was the only doing any running in midfield for Bosnia. Pjanic was anonymous.

Really disappointed in Pjanic. I've seen Besic keep up with Bale who is no slouch so perhaps he is still struggling for fitness? If so at least that game will have helped.

Well he hasn't had a pre-season (Besic). That's literally his second game since the end of last season. And Pjanic is a good player but he needs other quality players around him - especially in wide areas - to link up with and feed off. He doesn't have that with Bosnia.
