This could force Moshiri's hand into selling. As it looks like Rights and Media funding will insist on getting their money back before we can take on more debt, so the logical way to do that would be for the club to be sold to a consortium or group with deeper pockets than Moshiri to finish the stadium or a group who can pay off Rights and Media their £200m and then take out new financing with someone else, to finish the stadium.

Right, they are happy to be bought out and get it paid back with interest. And hopefully this desperate borrowing means Moshiri is broke, meaning he HAS to sell in a year or so.
Desperate borrowing sounds just like a previous majority shareholder who borrowed on TV money to keep the club afloat every season and couldn't provide funds for the manager. As long as that fella wasn't in charge of finding a new owner then I'm sure that club would be fine
