So 25% share means Bill & Farhad get to stay on, I don't know much about this MSP but it seems more like a deal with vultures picking whatever meat remains off the club rather than just selling entirely to 777 who would probably want to turn the club around
What worry me is 777 might of wanted the full club but Moshiri is refusing to sell

What I don’t get is why Moshiri/Kenwright would want to keep hold if there is an opportunity to rid themselves of a club that’s entire fanbase hates them?
Kenwright has nothing to keep hold off, he sold his shares to Moshiri, but Farhad might want to still play Championship Manager with us in the hope he can make in the future

So, if I’m getting this right, this is basically a type of debt debt leveraged against the club?

if this is correct, the question is, what interest is due? What impact will that have on the club?
no new blood, no new ideas, no new people…

it’s an absolute worst case scenario

From what I can gather it’s investment to complete BMD plus a seat on the board plus options to increase their stake in the future

Not a brilliant deal at all
