No, which end was it? Hes a whining little [Poor language removed] anyway, crying like a little girl everytime he got slapped by Jags.

The main stand i think it was, he was over there when the ball went into touch and of course he got a rollicking he gave some back as well, and when he turned his back he was calling us all the f'ers under the sun.

Bad Teds them Norwegians, i hear its cold over there with no socks!

I absolutely love watching him, especially against Fanny Torres. He's been nothing short of world class to us this this season. So, if I had to choose one of the three options in the poll, it would be 'walk on water'. I know that a little bit exaggarating, but he's been great for us this season. To be fair, I was very happy when he signed for us from Sheffield. Always rated him highly when he was there. Stepped up about three levels, since signing for us though.

The Mirror had a good article saying that if he gets his chance for the national team and takes it, he (as well as Lescott) should be quids in to replace Terry and Ferdinand. Says JT and Rio are starting to get creaking injuries (both back problems) this season that could open up a spot for the World Cup.

J-Lo and Lord Jaggy seems to be emmune to injuries and compared to Upson, Woodgate, Dawson, King, etc who all play about 5 games a season before being injured all the time, I dont think there's any competition.

OFF TOPIC - I've said it before, in terms of an English left back, Baines is one, if not, the best english left back in the country so I can see him getting a nod. Who've you got? Ashley Cole, Bridge, Lescott......

I wouldnt be surprised if all 3 were called up.

Couple of years one of the best centre backs in the world.

I mean it, he has the potential. An England call up and some international experiecne will be just what he needs.

Right now he isn't quite there. From a purely defensive stand point yeah, the way he kept torres in his pocket for 3 games says it all.

Just needs to improve his passing, his concentration and his awareness and he will have it all.

Those things come from practise and experience so 2 years.
