the ones ive worked with have brains the size of a planet, attention to detail that is mind boggling, a hugely impressive ability to retain information in the dark depths of memory and an ability to understand technical aspects of a case on a par with the experts giving that evidence. Very impressive beasts. Professional arguers to boot.

I am staggered at the extent of the conspiracy and astonished that there have not been criminal prosecutions of staff of the PO and Jujitsu , especially those that purgered themselves.

Post Office dude getting backed into a corner on disclosure (or complete lack of disclosure) by a barrister. She is very good, where he obfuscates, prevaricates or plain 'cant remember', she refers to damning documents to 'assist' his failing memory. There will be a damning conclusion to this line questions along the lines of him having had lots of training on disclosure (even though an opening remark was that he had no training in criminal law) but failed ,monumentally to action the role of disclosure officer. I'd wager he will be one of the small fry to be thrown in front of a criminal court in due course.

on that note, I'm a little surprised that some of these PO staff are not taking advantage of the right not to incriminate oneself and to STFU
