Moyes performed well in the past, right formation and right team selection, smart to sign players, solid defense, faster pace and width in the pitch with excellent counter attack, he was proven manager for more than 10 years in our club. We choose two different types of managers in the past and fail again and again, we should select the most suitable manager of our club, Moyes' more than ten years performance in our club is the best CV of him.

Our club waste much money when fail in selection of right manager, how much money we can waste? How much money we can use to sign players each time? If we fail to select a right man again, debt of the club will build up and finally we may need to sell players to pay debt or even cause the relegation. Therefore we should not gamble again and again, choose the proven one.

Lost his fire for the game years ago. Last couple of years with us he was just going through the motions. His performances since he left are evidence. Would take the moyes of 10 years ago back, but not the shadow of his former self he has now become.

He’s not the answer now but it’s very telling how he was hated for not being able to take us higher than 6th and yet since he left we’ve only managed to better or equal that once, despite the money we have spent.

We didn’t know how lucky we were with Moyes.

I don't think he was hated for not being able to take us higher than sixth....

Personally I "hate" him for acting like an utter snide in his final year with us and subsequent months in his role as United manager.

He has won nothing in a long managerial career. I think that is very telling.

I’m more referring to the discontent there was surrounding the last few years of his tenure. A lot of fans wanted him gone.

First signing would be Leon Osman, that's the right wing sorted for the next 4 years with Big Vic spearheading the attack, What's not to like?!, the flame haired messiah!

Asked what his response would be to fans who fear another survival scrap, Moyes said: "Well, they would probably be right because that's where they've been every other year for the last four years, so why would it suddenly change?

"I think it will be, I don't think you can hide the facts, that will be the case, yes. People will be flat because they are hoping that something is going to dramatically change - it can't dramatically change, it can't."

That's the can do attitude he'll bring. Plus if he does come, we can give him a payoff when he gets the boot. Something he missed out on last time as he dialed it in from Carrington.

No thanks. Next...

Three utter failures on the bounce since leaving here and some want this joker back??

A man which took Sunderland down is not the man for us. If he was re-appointed we'd be laughed at everywhere.

Moyes is finished as top level manager.
