I'm not too sure what Moyes can do to fix the situation with the board and finances. It's not like anything he says or does can make money magically appear. It'll just serve to cause a rift between him and board and potentially get him sacked.

Having a center forward wouldn't have made a huge improvement either. From what I saw, we lacked aggressiveness and creativity in the final third. Our strikers never got the ball in a position to shoot so I don't know how we expected them to score goals. Some of that is Moyes tactics and some is the players.

I'm so glad someone else has noticed that the problem wasn't simply that our stikers were crap, it runs way deeper than that.
