I can't believe anyone seriously thinks Moyes accepts mediocrity.

As a few people have already said he's just trying to take pressure off his players like Mourinhio, Mancini and even Ferguson do. He doesn't sit in the changing room saying, right it's ok if we lose today lads as long as we finish in the top 10.

You can have a go at Moyes for a lot of things, negative tactics, team selections etc but it's beyond a joke that any of you think he accepts mediocrity. He always expects 110% from his players, in terms of effort. He might pick the wrong team, not change things until too late and not be attacking enough at times but I'm really struggling to take people seriously if they really believe he accepts mediocrity.

I'm not saying GET RID either. I'm just pointing out that this is all we can hope for as and Everton fan under Moyes and Kenwright. It's neither here nor there.

Typical tactic of the MDF (Moyes defence force), rebuff any criticism of him by screaming 'WE COULDNT GET ANYBODY BETTER !!!!!!1111' thus trying to avoid the actual issues.

Name him
bearing in mind he needs to have improved on moyes standings in at least 5 of the last 10 years while having to sell his best players on a regular occurrence.
BTW Kenwrong i can understand but Moyes does a decent job imo

This is just how the situation is at the moment, of course we could get better managers, we could get worse too, either way it's a gamble that probably won't happen. You can moan all ****ing day about wanting better, but it probably ain't gonna happen, and you've got no control over it anyway.

Fair enough, I still don't think Moyes can win us anything, even with City-like spending, he's a good manager, but yeah that's my 2 cents and I'm pretty sure I know where you stand

Anyone thinks we should be doing better then we are spending nothing year in year out is of their rocker, or under 25 and cant remembe the dross that was handed up for 20 years before Davey came along, if you think what we get now is dissapointing seriously you have no idea how much worse it has and could be.

Yeah. It's been said SO many times before, but it's a tremendous achievement to be where we are with next to no resources. I think so, anyway.
